My sons Compaq w/Vista won't connect to our home wifi. My netbook and all our phones can just not his laptop. I know nothing about this type of stuff. I did the "ipconfig /all" and this is the result. What do I need to do next? Thanks, Mike

See if you can ping 173.194.33.36 (that's Google's IP address) If it works, then you have a DNS issue.  Try running these commands "netsh winsock reset catalog" and then "netsh int ip reset reset.log"
