Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need graphic help!

Hey guys.  I don't have photoshop, or any other decent photo editing software where I can get at it. I have an advertisement here that we comissioned from a local publication, and I want to use it for some other things. It is, however, saved as a standard .PDF (Acrobat) file. Is there anyway I can convert it to some sort of raw format that can be worked with/edited? Even if it is a proprietary Photoshop format, or something?
