Here are a few that I have done recently.
Some of them have an IDF influence since I staff an IDF website and also help out on their newsletter.

Also, I am far from a pro at this so don’t be too harsh. I am not in the same PS realm as TRG or Ilikelegs.

I just have some tips for doing a photoshop like the top pic..

My material to use :

First I use the clone stamp tool to make the face look like so :

I do this so that you can lower the opacity of the face your pasting over so the skin colors are easier to match and to blend the edges of seem.

Then I take the Clark face i've cut out and turned the right direction and lower the opacity a bit so its easier to align:

Then I raise the opacity to where I get some of the original skin color but not so much as to where the facial features are discolored.
I then cut off the extra face with the eraser and blend the edges of the face into the original with the eraser on a low setting.
and last of all I adjust the brightness/contrast and hue/saturation to match the colors more..

The healing tool is indispensable when it comes to blending the edges of a new face.

(Yeah, it's Bill Shatner.  Don't ask)

Also, the magic wand is excellent for selecting various areas.  Play with the tolerance to see what works best for the image you're working with.
