Anyone have any experience with the Nikon 10-20? I was pretty set on the Tolina 11-16, but that is cheaper than the tokina...

Are you looking at the "AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR?" I am have one, and I really like it, personally I can't tell any image difference between my 10-24. If you don't need the f/3.5 and you have a newer AF-P compatible body, it is a good lens.  It is way lighter than my 10-24, because it is mostly plastic. I know many pros have a disdain for non-metal lens bodies, but I personally have a huge respect for plastic(aka polymer) witness the Glocks, Walther, and S&W guns, pretty tough stuff. Before buying be sure to check Nikon's list for compatible bodies, some may require firmware updates, which takes 2 minutes after you've done your 1st one. This lens is also way lighter on the wallet at >60% of the price of the Nikon 10-24.

BTW one last cravat, if you order direct from Nikon they will charge you sales tax.

I need a 50/1.8 but it'll wait.  I have my 35/1.8 that covers pretty well.
