My D7200 is just shy of 2200.

I think that I'll keep it (for now).

But I will be visiting Japan in October (plan to stop by the Nikon museum, among other photo-related destinations) - maybe something will follow me home, but the three-week trip itself is going to be so expensive that I may not have any funds left over for playing.

BTW keep in mind that if you buy any Nikon equipment from Japan, it may not be serviced by Nikon-USA, from my understanding Nikon-USA is a separate company. I have heard on the internet that Nikon_USA refuses to service any gray-market equipment.

Btw, you can check the shutter count in photoshop (if shooting RAW, unsure if jpg) on Nikon cameras in File>File Info>RawData>then scroll down to find the field called 'image number.'  It should be around the first 1/3rd or so of the data dump.

On the D850 I'm already at 12,267 since November.
