Not a problem at all. It has one. But I am 9 feet or so away. And without the flash it is pretty damn dark. I set the focus by putting my flash where I was standing and focusing on the LCD. |

Never slack on the selfie...
I always go manual focus and mark my spot with gaf tape.

Manualy focused on the back of a 430EXII

If you use one of those cheapy wireless remotes it should autofocus with a standard half-press. At least mine does.
