whats with the css server no one there ever and always on havana, now that i got cable internet back i wanna kick some ass but never anyone in there, and i cant hang out in havana and wait.

ETA: atleast hook it up with a decent map rotation with atleast like 45 min round time, with no freeze time.

maybe you are in need of a server admin????
been runnin servers a few years and have extensive knowledge of the files and settings needed in the HL/HL2 world

maybe even update the server so i can connect
