Battlefield Vietnam. I have quit playing anything else. Except for Gran Turismo 3. But that is PS2.

no offense to your name, but I have finally gotten sick of the War shooters: AA, DoD, CoD, MOH:AA, DC, EoD, BF-V, among others. I may try Doom3 but I am really looking forward to the Team Fortress mod that comes with Half Life 2. |

Depends on how you define action.
I'm a dedicated flight simulation enthusiast. I fly Falcon 4.0 in its latest, user supported versions. For me, that IS what fun is all about. Ghost Recon is also very good, but actually, the most fun I've ever had with a first person shooter was back in the days of the original Quake. The fun factor was out the roof. Everything newer has been visually superior, but nothing else has captured the fun and pace of Quake. CJ |
