NHL 14 - AR15.COM

SouthEndXGF and I were playing some HUT on NHL 14 last night and got to wondering if there were any other Arfcommers playing on XBL. Aside from not playing against morons, there could be some advantages to having a little Arfcom collective on there, especially for HUT.

I've owned all the systems. Can honestly say PS3 is the better system. In addition, the Playstation games are far more appealing to me

I've always had all of them too. let's save that debate for another time.

(oh, still, get NHL on xbox!)

i'm going to start the conversation going on HUT players.

Georges is a steal for a LD in the AH
Dubnik is pretty good bang for the buck in a goalie once you get started
Have an all Dallas First line including Cole, Whitney, and i converted Koivu over to Dallas until i can afford a Benn.

so far, things are going well.

My first line is Moulson-BRichards-Okposo, with Richards converted over to the Isles. Third line is pretty studly, with Kulemin-Legwand-Stalberg, Kulemin converted to the Preds.

Backstrom in goal, who I got on a (relative) steal. I'm working on getting some of the SHL/SMLiiga teams fleshed out for the puck bonuses.

I have both PS3 and Xbox but I haven't renewed my Gold in awhile. I don't like to pay to get access to my netflix/hulu/prime. Don't get me wrong, I love my Xbox and have put some hours on it, that's for sure. But with new consoles coming out next month, I can't justify it.

Just did the download and played about 4 hours yesterday.

That whole HUT team needs better explanation. Also, they need a sort function so you can easily dump cards, instead of looking through all the leagues. Kinda messy IMO.

Othewise, the game is pretty damn good. I wish I was better.

don't dump those minor league players - they don't affect anything sitting in your collection, and if you collect their whole teams, you get a huge collection bonus.

got a pretty solid team rocking now... just picked up Bowmeester on Defense - he's a stud.

so D1 pairing is

Georges-Girardi

and D2 is

Bowmeester-Bogosian - converted to Dallas - they're 99 line chemistry.

Gorges-Bogosian (converted one of them over to the other's team, I think Gorges to Winnipeg)
Voynov-Regehr
Beauchemin-Fowler

Overall team chemistry is 89.

unfortunately, I'm not playing EASHL this year. Played goalie all last year, and moved to HUT this year.
