Just about any sporting goods store will carry the pull-up bars. They should run about $30. The workout is great. It works ya.

check amazon.com for the iron gym bar. I have one and it works OK, not the quality of the p90x brand but it does the job. if you are over 200lbs I wouldn't recommend it. I picked mine up for around 25 bucks with shipping.

A good door frame pullup bar can handle at least 300 pounds. The question is how much weight can the trim around your door frame handle.

I bought the one from wal-mart for $30. I weigh around 215 and it holds up pretty well. Just tighten every screw good and so far in 6 months I haven't had any trouble with it.

Been looking at this one since I weigh too much for all those 'over the door frame' bars. Looks pretty darn solid, too!
