Thinking about making some changes to my programs and adding some heavy lifting such as squats and dead lifts.  I have been looking at belts and they sem to come in 4 and 6 inch.  I would like to know 1) are they needed and 2) which one (inch) is the best. Thanks Gibez

IMO for heavy squats and deads its needed. I prefer cardillo and as for the size its mostly personal preference I prefer the 4 inch.

I just switched to going heavy and I don't use a belt.  Make sure you need it before you buy.
