I was looking at the Total Gym the one Chuck Norris advertises for & was curious was the opinion was on it here.

Chuck can think about a gym and get bigger.

You, on the other hand, need to lift some heavy weights.

I've had mine for ~15 years and still use it on a regular basis.
My 3 high-school athlete son's use it too.
Excellent tool for working out at home.

I have one, a treadmill, and a chin up bar. The Total Gym works well. All three work great.

If you can pump out exercises for solid hour at the steepest incline you are doing well.

Look on craigs list or something similar for a like/ new used unit.

Like treadmills, those with broken dreams of fitness are looking to get rid of them.
