Wow it seems that I have been on my ass for way too long. The job that I have is a desk job and it seems that kids and weight have crept up on me.

I want to start getting back into shape. I am thinking that walking would be a good place to start and then graduating into light hikes. I'm 50yo and don't want to blow out the ticker...any advice?
