Dehydration. But its not practical in the long run.

Salt restriction would get my vote.

Bicycle!!!

 My bp went from 169/98 to 120/78 in 350 miles.
 
 (both readings taken while under the same meds, FWIW) Winter vs summer for me.


 25 miles a day takes 1 hr 38 mins, two to three times a week. ( I ride 125 miles a week when I can get the time)

If I could ride all year here, I would never have to take the meds at all.


Then again, there are many types of OTC/natural duiretics that you could try for a quick fix.

how high to how low.  
mine runs non medicated 160-140
medicated it's 100-90

eat a healthy well balanced diet with fresh
fruits and vegeatbles, dont eat fast foods, start running or walking more. Weight loss really helps lower blood presure. Dont eat foods high in sodium.
