Alright,I'll start admitting it.I am lazy.[rolleyes]
For the past 2 months I have slacked off on my cardio and my ab workouts.That will cahange effective tomorrow,er,ah,alright,alright,I'll start tonight!
On the possitive side,in terms of dedication:I hurt my shoulder a little bit on my presses Tues, and still went yesterday and did my Arms workout.
I am giving it a 2 day rest,then Sat will do Legs,rest on Sun and back to chest on Mon.after 5 days of rest.
Camel here is your goal.We will get together at Bulletfest(again) and discuss our workout progress.[:)]
Of course i expect to see some others there!
