I admit, my one addiction is caffiene.  I have to have at least one dose a day or I wind up with migraines, at least right now.
So what's the least nutritionally offensive way to get my caffeine?  Right now I'm drinking one 16 oz coke/pepsi a day, in the early morning.  Would coffee be better (it tears up my stomache), or is there some other way to get my fix.

You might try a caffine pill [dosages vary] before your work out, your psyc/brain would say you waited for that 'pi||' to 'workout' and might get more out of it [theworkout].[b] I don*no.[/b] Soda pop,coffe, and such I always hated.
