...anybody read it yet?   Anybody tried it for the 9 week cycle yet?  Your thoughts, opinions and results?  [?]

Just got the book and about 1/2 through.  I like some of the ideas expressed and plan to give it a 9 week try after released from the recuperation period with my knee surgery.
