yeah, my problem is physically eating that much. But thanks, I'll get to it.
Which of the various supplements do people find most palatable?

It is not so difficult to take in 3,000 calories.
Most of us have the opposite problem.We breath and gain weight!
If you drink 3 shakes a day to supplement your regular meals you will take care of 1200cals,and if you buy the right stuff,you will love the taste.
I have been using EAS Myoplex plus Deluxe and love the taste.Mix it with milk instead of water and you got 400cals in each shake.Add icecream to it!
Get low fat icecream.You don't need the fat but you want the calories!Burn them up in an intense workout and build muscle.
I just bought Methoxy-Pro and CytoPro,both are protein powders,the latter is low in carbs(you don't need to economize in carbs).But a serving of both combined has less cals than Myoplex.
Add peanut butter to your shakes.Buy Protein bars like Metoxy-pro(260 cals packed with proteins)if you like sweets and eat one before and one after your workouts!
If you eat a breakfast,a lunch and a dinner at 500 cals each,you alrewady have 1500cals...not counting dessert.
Add 3 shakes between BK and lunch,after dinner and at bedtime(another +1200)and 2 protein bars=
1500+1200+520--->you are over the top!
