For those of us who spent large amounts of our time in the car, what kind of options do we have.  I'm looking for things that I can easily do on a boring graveyard shift, to try to keep myself in shape.  I would guess that some of these would carry over to those stuck at a desk, also.
I keep a hand-strengthening thing in my car, and use that.  What else?
Thanks for any help,

I don't always get a lunch break, and even when I do, I can't change and do something.  I usually work out (mostly cardio) when I come home from work, but what I'm looking for is just little things to do while I'm working.  I know I've seen some exercises in magazines, but I can't find any of them now.

Try gluteus maximus clinches.  Especially if you're doing the graveyard shift...those long night drives with all the stores closed could spell disaster!
