We will be at the Old Stone Quarry in CPep for our popular and challenging Defensive Pistol I offering on September 16th. This course is at least an 8 hour experience. Justification for deadly force, shooting improvement strategies and firearms safety are covered. Shooting skill drills designed to enhance accuracy, speed and confidence are conducted. You should be a safe gun handler and be familiar with drawing a pistol to be able to successfully participate in this class. If you are not confident in your ability to draw the pistol quickly and with repeatable consistency check out our upcoming 4 Count Draw Clinic at the NRA Range on Sunday October 15th.

Defensive Pistol Class I (8 HRS)

Description
This class is an expanded version of our Defensive Pistol I class. You will continue improving your pistol handling skills through advanced drills and exercises.

Equipment Needed
   Serviceable semi-automatic pistol (9mm or larger caliber) and at least three magazines
   Quality belt with strong side holster and at least 1 magazine pouch
   Be able to retain 2 magazines on your body
   350 rounds of dependable ammunition (minimum). No steel core, no armor piercing, no tracer.
   Knee pads (optional, but recommended – range surface is rocky gravel)
   Water for hydration
   Eye protection, hearing protection (electronic recommended) and baseball cap.
