Is like to take a few classes. My local boards don't come up with much. Figured I'd ask here.

I've taken quite a few classes with VATA Group out of Slidell. Greg Lapin and Destin Mounts are the owners (you can find a bunch of videos from them on YouTube). They're top notch!

This guy will come to you if you can get a group together.
We had him come to Amite for all three levels of pistol, shotgun and rifle and a knife fighting class. He's a good dude and his classes were really good. He is just on the other side of Houston. Some guys at work have used this guy in Covington. |

I took a pistol class from VATA this weekend in Slidell. I would take classes from them again.

Definitely VATA. I've taken pistol courses with them and it was great.
Thinking about getting in on the carbine course next month. |
