I was looking on the NRA-ILA.org website for NJ's gun laws and had a question.

Can ARs in NJ have bayo lugs and flash hiders? How about folding stocks? The statute doesn't mention anything other than "semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine capacity exceeding 15 rounds".

Are bayo lugs/flash hiders/folding stocks prohibited as "substantially identical to any of the firearms" specifically listed in the statutes? Basically treating the statute like NY or CA's AWB?

thanks!

Yes. No evil features on AR type rifles.

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure this was going to be the answer, but it's good to have confirmation. PK90, that link was exactly what I was looking for. Not only are you a great dealer to work with, but you're a fountain of knowledge as well!
