Still a noob here and want to buy an AR from a guy but dont know if I can. Looking for a lower for an AR 15. Can I only buy pre-ban?? His lower was made in the last couple months

No LEO marked lowers are allowed. No CAR stocks on a post ban lower.

Thanks the owner says "
its not a true LEO its engraved i dont know if that matters, whether its roll stamped or engraved. True LEO's are roll stamped." Just seems to be a pain to get this thing here. I just want a nice AR lol.
