I'm planning a trip to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania this spring.  Can anyone tell me if the USS New Jersey is still open to the public.  I looked at the web sites but it isn't clear if/when it is open.  A couple of stories talked about money problems.  I hope I can still see it.
