will it happen?  it has a flash hider, but would it's grip be considered a pistol grip?  if not, then it has only one banned feature, and could be sold.... no high-cap mags though :-(

Exactly . . . there are no 10 round mags for that gun.

I heard they are currently making a Mag for non-free states. However, it is unknown when it will be available.

Has anyone even seen these mags? Can they be plugged?

I can't find it now but 2 weeks ago there was a thread on ARFcom talking about the 50 and 30 rounders. The 30's were plugged versions of the 50.

'If it's on the internet it must be true!'

I'm more interested in the FS2000, same question.  Anybody?

The fs2000 takes a M16 mag right? Isn't that the modular space gun? Plugging isn't a prob.

shooting this rifle in the prone position is a big Q, the reason why the govt doesnt want it. some were optimistic in 3gun competition, since most were in 100 yrd down then cqb style. i want this rifle though

They have stated that they will sell new with a 10round mag for banned states.

whoo, 10 rounds of 5.7.  The whole point of the round is you can carry a shitload them.

i know, it's pretty pointless with a 10 rounder, but it would be cool to be able to play around with the gun for a while before i finally move to a free state and can buy some real mags.

There are preban mags out there, VERY rare, but they do exist.

1989 if you can beleive it. It has just taken a long time for them to catch on and be imported in any number. I have two preban mags. I know of only 1 more.

if the ' muzzle break' really is considered such by ATF .. i WILL have to get me one of these guns .. ill take the hit on the gay 10 round mags for now ..   the gun is just to cool ... hopefully once the dust settles and people calm down a bit . the prices will settle down to low to mid teens ..  then ill bite !

From what I gather, the hicap PS90 mags are not marked.........

If pre-ban mags do in fact exist (even if rare as hen's teeth), how would anyone really know if your mag was pre-ban or not?  Maybe a slight change in design (if there was one) for those really in the know.

Of course I don't endorse such activity.

yes it ejects out the bottom but .. i mean .. unless your literally .. laying in mud or KISSING GRASS while shooting .. your not gonna have a problem ..

bah .. who knows .. just my 2 cents ..

Exactly why that whole AWB is pointless, you can even tell which mags are preban and which ones are not.
