What's available as far as rifle ranges go? I looked through the sticky post but didn't see anything close by.

As far as I know there are no public ranges in the area. There are gun clubs you can join for a modest fee. You can contact me through this board for more info.

Another choice is Rochester Brooks Gun Club, located on Honeoye Fall County 6 road in Rush, NY. Start up price is some where in the $200-250 range with $100-150 range after your first year (at the last point I knew). Nice place to go, I am a member there. Very good facilities for what you pay for, nice people too. Check out their website sometime. www.rochesterbrooksgunclub.org

That was a shame when Creekside closed down.
