My version of carnitas. Slather pork butt in cholula hot sauce as a binder then coat with fajita seasoning Attached File
Smoke until 165 internal. Put in roasting pan with butter, chicken broth, cholula and more fajita seasoning. Attached File Cook until 205 internal Attached File Shred meat into au jus. Attached File I seared the servings on the griddle for texture. Super easy way to impress a crowd. The tacos were amazing |
