I just sent the email off to confirm 6pm on July 17th. For G-Pop. A private room is cost prohibitive at this point.

I need a for sure final head count the week of July 17th.

So if you are gonna drop out, gotta let me know. If you are going to come, gotta let me know.

My reservation is currently for 25. But I have told them that it may grow. As long as I have a final head count that week they are accommodating.

So in my email I received back in was requested that everybody conceal carry. Their corporate does not allow open carry. She asked if that would be a problem.

I have not answered. It will not be an issue for me as I had never planned on open carrying. Please let me know if I need to alter my number of 25.

Unfortunately, I think you need to list us as out. After 4-1/2 weeks in the shop, the bus still hasn't been worked on by anyone with a clue. So our "vacation" has been pushed back another week. Which means our current return date is day of the event (or later).

SO AGAIN, I will need confirmation from everybody who will be there the week of July 17th.

Just moving forward with the formalities. I have told her we agree to concealed carry.

She wants me to be responsible for $2132 after gratuity.

I told her people want pay with their own cards.

Wait I got to pay for my own plate? I thought this was an open offer to your friends to come have dinner on your dime?

Kidding aside I really don't like the idea of anyone having to sign any sort of contract just so we can go hang out and have dinner.

Are we all going to be at one big table or are they going to split us up across two or three different tables?

What's the breakpoint that requires you to have a contract? If we have two groups of 12 or three groups of eight does that make things easier?
