Working on extra food storage out here. Kind of an above ground root cellar.
Got most of the insulation done. (Nasty stuff) Now to sheathe the inside. Attached File Attached File Zip the wonder pup distracted from supervising. I wish I had his energy. |

Wiring is done. Like last week. All the lights work, the A/C was installed today. I'm not happy with some of the foam but I ain't buying another set of cans. At least not now. The paneling will be removable if I decide to add to the insulation.

That's really cool its seems like the perfect armored vehicle to own small for storage and tires vs tracks for the road I like it!

Ben, how much does that thing weight, and are your jack stands up to the task? Looks like it all worked out, but the first thing I thought when I saw that beast on stands is, "I bet those stands aren't Harbor Freight!" Heck I bet that wheel and tire weren't exactly lightweight.

Quoted: Yeah I've been going down the ol YT rabbit hole with Cowboy Kent and things to cook on the Blackstone ... View Quote Wolfly, cooking over the cinder block fire pit was, except for the smoke, great for doing a lot of meat at one time. However, that Blackstone was the bomb. Granted, much of Sunday morning breakfast was a simple reheat of leftovers from Saturday morning breakfast, but cooking three dozen scrambled eggs was a snap. For a second there I felt like the grill guy from the movie Heat. Wait, scratch that. He didn't have such a great outcome. |

We are still working on those eggs. I think there is one more flat.

He will
I'll have a whole case in the fall. If I can't make it there, I'll ship it to Wolfy. It takes fresh ripe peppers, so even if I hand it out, there will be quite a wait. |
