Someone left a flyer on my door over the weekend for Bunni Pounds. But I can't say that I've ever heard of either of them, and I've been living there for 8 years.
Where did they come from? What do they do when they're not being politicians? |

Most of the negative stuff is claiming Gooden is a RINO and not conservative. I did see in the past where he supported some pro-gun bill many years ago. I don't recall seeing any negatives pointed at Pounds, but not much describing anything she has done. The amount of negativity makes me suspicious of her.

Bunni may be a relative unknown because I believe this is the first elected office she is pursuing. I know that she has been campaign manager for Jeb Hensarling for at least the past several election cycles, and I think she has managed a few state and local campaigns as well. She has Hensarling's full support and endorsement, whatever that might mean to you. He was always on the acceptable side of average in my estimation.

Kaufmann County Tea Party has been saying Gooden is a RINO for sometime....this pre-dates Bunni Pounds entry into the race.

She also has a pic stating she is endorsed by GOA and has an AQ rating from the NRA. Anyway, though I don't know her, this was good enough for me. I'm voting Bunni Pounds. |
