I don't know what you are looking for, but a lot of architectural firms have catalogs of house prints. Go through them, and find what you want. They print off the prints, and you are on your way. The nice thing about doing it this way, is they have been used before, and all/most of the mistakes have been found.

i checked out some of the firms and they want like 1.25 a sqft and for a 2100 lv sqft will kill my pocket

When I built my house, I got the plans for 700 bucks, and that included a new drawing showing the posts and beams. My place is 1800 sq. ft.

well on a custom home it should only be around 800 at most for 6 prints, but i guess prices have change here in texas.
