Quinlan to be exact.
Any volunteers to help me unload a truck???  Looks like it might be the weekend of the 26th, exact date yet to be determined. Also, can anyone recommend a good bank to me? One with branches on the East side of DFW that has FREE checking. Any help and volunteers are GREATLY appreciated. |

Quinlan - near Brady, Tx?
If so - even in this big assed state - this couldn't be considered DFW area. Maybe I'm confused??? Good luck on the move - I'm busy with the boss (wife) that day. |

Isn't Sissy Spacek from Quinlan?
It isn't any of my business, so excuse me for asking, but what brings you to Quinlan? Like many Texas small towns far away from metro areas, there aren't many jobs in Quinlan. Upside, there are probably many areas to shoot, once you get to know the locals. Are you used to living in a small town? If you aren't, prepare for culture shock. I love small towns and have spent many years in them. They can be tough for outsiders unless you are the new Baptist preacher. In that case, prepare yourself for many gratis chicken dinners. Washington Mutual is a good bank with a lot of small branches. Compass bank is also a good one. Welcome to Texas!

OK, Here goes, in order:
Tate, no, it's not near Brady, TX mm38, dude, I think it has banks, but I don't necessarily need to bank at one of them. TxLewis, with any luck, yes you will, at both. Although, I expect to be seeing everyone at GunStock before that. Mahatma, I found a nice house that I like and can afford in Quinlan, that's the main reason for the move. I am not too concerned about a job, it's close enough to commute and I can keep my current job (driving a truck). I have lived in both small towns and larger ones, and I prefer them small. Legs, ya bastage, you are supposed to volunteer.  1st_round, thank you for a serious answer. DAMN, 7 replies and no suckers, it figures.  BTW- You guys need to read, I ALREADY live in TX.

Sorry dude. I don't lift jack shit. I didn't even
move myself. I paid someone to do it. I have had back surgery and do not want anither one. I do ok as long as I don't lift shit over 100 lbs. I would help ya if it wasn't such an issue for me. |

Well, it looks as if I am moving Friday and Saturday. Loading on Friday, then unloading Saturday. Not sure of the time I will be unloading.
Maybe I will get done early enough to hit the Fun show.
