Got my Utah CWP renewal back in 8 days.  SC renewal.....  Crickets.......

Generally takes the full 90 days to get it done. For awhile it was between 90-120 days!!!! At one point there was legislature being considered to the effect of as long as you had applied for a renewal you were covered until they got you a new license but I've been looking online and can't find that legislation so maybe it doesn't exist.

Got my SC renewal back in 60 days but you are covered if it doesn't come back in time.  Just keep your renewal receipt on your person.  This is stated somewhere, might be on the renewal webpage.
