What happened??? I could not find parking at the Navy Yard in the morning for training.
I circled all the lots and garages and they were filled by 8:30 AM. I gave up after 45 minutes and left the area. My friend parked in a open space but not in a valid parking spot and got a ticket, she has to go to Federal Court to pay the fine. What gives? How do you all find parking? Get there before 6:30 AM??? It is almost as bad as looking for parking in downtown Manhattan. |
