If they have kids, have them look in Red Clay School District or Brandywine.
I'd look north/west of Route 2 Kirkwood highway. Pike Creek area is nice. |

Residency at Christiana hospital? Newark is a nice area. Just asking about the hospital because it is next to RT 1. I live in the Middletown area and can make it to Christiana hospital in under 30 minutes. Email if you want to talk.

My wife worked for Christiana Hospital for 20+ years. She said residence rent at Christiana Meadows. Two of our daughters lived there for a year and I remember it being a nice place.
It is probably 10-15 minutes from door to door for the hospital. Web site is www.christiana-meadows.com |

They picked a place in Bear DE.
Now I get to fly to WI to help them pack and load. Then drive the truck towing her car 1000 miles. 
Being a dad never ends. |
