Is that a 300? I had an 80's something 250 that looked just like it, racks and all. Sold it for 1500.

You are selling it at the wrong time of year. That thing looks like it would sell better at the beginning of hunting season. It would probably pull 1500 in October. Now, I bet that it will go for around 900 to 1000.
