Can you guys get ARs at all now? People are still buying and selling private sale on efa10 forms. Pre 94 are still legal through a dealer. Even fixed mag or straight pull? Other semi's? Mini 14s, M1As, Tavors, etc. There are a few that aren't specifically banned that the dealers can still sell. Do you dare shoot what you had? See them at the range all the time, most of the states's gun owners are under the impression that the ban was only on dealer sales and the ag has backed off some in the ever changing faqs. When it's not actually a law it gets to be changed on a whim that way. |

Are the dealers intimidated into refusing anything borderline? eg Would they handle a lower if you said you were going to put a manual operation upper on it? Would they handle a clearly fixed mag lower like ds or ny10? I have no real reason to care, just curious. |
