I had someone asking about a Glock 30s i have, but I didn't know if a MA FFL would/could transfer it.

If the DOB by S/N indicates that it was mfd prior to 10/21/1998 then a MA Dealer can do the transfer, although some will refuse all Glocks. If made after that date they can't transfer the gun legally but there are legal ways around that issue if one wants to get inventive.

Glocks are legal to own. Only "law" is the consumer protection law, which only limits the FFL/Dealers from transferring them.  If the FFL/Dealer chooses to proceed it's on them. Not you or the buyer.

Although what you stated is 100% accurate, it doesn't apply here.

Not that I recommend it, but people have called the FRB and asked this question numerous times and been told the truth, that the proposed transaction  is perfectly legal for both FFLs and the buyer.
