Im getting remarried(joke goes here)... and have been divorced since 09, well the paper i got from the court has no "raised seal"  and the people at the town office said it had to have one.  Is this a new law? Or did the court forget to stamp it.  I figured i was gtg since it was the only paper I got from them so i didnt find this info out untill fri.   The wedding is a week away...

It's been a while (thankfully), but I think they give you an unstamped copy at the time it is final, and if you decide to try again, you have to go back to the clerks office where the deed was done to get the stamped copy.

Good luck. Sometimes it works out better the 2nd (or 3rd) time. I'm on # 3 , now for over 25 years.

Best regards, Eric
