Supposing that you are serious.  The plan you presented was to blow up a bridge.  One bridge.  Forgetting that plane travel and an alternate road both exist as well as rail travel.  Also nevermind the fact that the virus is already in Fairbanks and looks to have some aspects of community spread.  You are too late.  So your idea is still not feasible and idiotic, and if you did cut off the interior from south central AK you would still run into the issues of dwindling supplies.  So not only would supplies run out for treating the patients that Fairbanks has but grocery stores would run out with no way to supply but hey you still have a caribou herd to chase so its all good right?  But then again, maybe I am wrong as is everyone that doesn't indulge your deluded fantasy.

In the mean time I will post updates of what I am seeing.

And it's "then" not "than"

From the News Miner. Official tally is 32 cases as of tonight.

Updated 8:24 p.m.: Alaska’s COVID-19 case count rose by 10 with an announcement Sunday night by the state Department of Health and Social Services.

Seven of the 10 new cases were in Anchorage, two were in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough and one was in Juneau.

U.S. Army Alaska left it up to commanders to decide who is mission essential. So naturally everyone is at work today.

Yeah it’s a complete shit show. They came out with the mission essential at 10:15 last night. Wife is a civilian on post and was told to Telework. Then 10 minutes before she’s supposed to be at work they change it to work as usual. So basically no one knows what’s happening.

Edit: now fort wainwright is saying business as usual since there aren’t any confirmed cases there.

Too bad once there are confirmed cases it’ll be too little too late.

Notes from covid update
Soldiers/dependents on official movement (leave, tdy, PCS) are exempt from state quarantine. They will still fill out paperwork at airport but state they exempt quarantine. An assessment from DoD personnel will determine if quarantine is necessary.
Non DoD identified personnel will need memo signed by O5+ to get on post. Spouses with CAC are still allowed access
No positive cases identified on post
