Nome can be tricky. Rain gear for sure. You'd probably be just fine with jeans, hiking boots, t-shirt, jacket. However, I have visited and been in shorts & t-shirt or more winterish clothes. Best to pack for all eventualities when visiting. Its rather mild this time of year though.
