Yes, pre July 1, 2017 applications were all rejected and will be returned.

I submitted Form 1s in April. I called in mid July they were in que at that time. I submitted them on a trust and no trust Form 1s seem to be Advancing since September 2016 according to NFA tracker.

I spoke with Silencer Shop compliance dept about the SBR Form's and they told me that anything that was sent in prior to July 1st would be sent back as the ATF uses the date on the form, not the date the examiner gets it. I waited till July 3rd and sent mine in. Its in the que.
