Went in on the 18th to renew my CPL.
Got it in the mail today. 3 freaking days!!! 
My 1st renewal, years ago, took 6 months. |

My "new" permit was in my mailbox in three days too.
Did you hit up the west branch for that, or did you go downtown? |

IIRC, the State does the CPL processing now. The County office is just an intake spot.
MHO, YMMV, etc. |

Took 8 days from drop off and fingerprints to my mailbox (today) for a first time issue for me. This is my fourth CPL/CCW, between WA, TX & AL, my Washington CPL took about two weeks to get to me. My Texas License took over six months.

I'm not in Wayne county, but did they make you hold your right hand up and swear that the information on the application is correct?

My renewal was four days in Oakland County. I was very surprised.
