What does it take to get a Class 3 Lisence in Michigan? Besides not being crazy or having any felonies.

Why dont you do some basic research, and then ask questions if you dont understand something or need help. I would start of with going to the ATF website and getting info, and then check with your city, township ordanance and find out if your able to be a FFL from your home or storefront or what ever they may require.

Not a problem anymore. Used to be C&R mg's only to C&R licensed individuals. Or any FA mg stuff if you were a C2, C3 SOT dealer - no SBR or SBS. Silencers - we are still waiting on the Attorney General to give us a go-ahead.

You can thank Attorney General Mike Cox for giving us our right back as an individual to own transferable machine guns! Please consider a donation to his re-election campaign should you choose to excercise your new found right at mikecox2006.com

Now - if you can pass an FBI background check, can get a CLEO signoff (or incorporate or trust)get your FBI prints done, get 2 photo's, get your form 4's filled out, pay the $200 fed tax you may own as an individual any pre-1986 transferable machine gun excluding pre86-dealer samples
