Bought some land and going to build a house close to Rutledge in the next year or so.  Searched around on the internet looking for a gun club to join. It looks like the closest one is in Kingsport. Are there any that I am missing?

Are you looking for an outdoor club or indoor?  I am assuming outdoor.  You should consider TAC2 in Greeneville and ORSA in Oakridge.  There is also a club over towards Maryville, but I am uncertain if they are operating yet.
