9 out 10 computer models show that Harvey's path is going to make things a bit squirrelly for y'all towards the end of the week.

It's time to stock up on H2O & bread/milk.

Good thing I am out of town.  Bad thing is I am on my motorcycle.  Probably going to have to ride through the remnants of the storm at some point.

Be prepared for up to 6 inches of rain over 36 hours based on the data I've seen.

Knowing MLGW, probably power will be out for days again as well...

Been raining most of the day in middle TN.

Should I run to the store for french toast ingredients?

Now it looks like us Nashville guys aren't going to squeak by this one either. The center of the storm is expected to track right through us.

Dang it.

I haven't finished the kitchen in the new house, yet.

I wonder how hard it is to make french toast on a grill?

I wonder how deep I'm going to bury my Moffett in the mud tomorrow. Our tone-deaf supervisors would have us working in a tornado if they could.

A cast iron griddle or a piece of sheet steel seasoned like cast iron to lay on your grill will work nicely. I have even baked with my grill. It's basically a big oven with manual temperature controls.

Had a tree laying across the road, this morning.

Two trees, actually, since a big tree uprooted and broke a medium sized tree off as it fell.

Couple hours working with one of the neighbors, and we had it cleared enough for a car to get by.  Still more to clear, but I think that will wait until the rain moves out.

You should have made that whiskey run, when you had the chance.
