I'm taking the family to SLC to visit U of Utah for my oldest son, then off to Bear Lake. I'd like suggestions for things to do at/ near Bear Lake. Thanks.

I've never stayed around there, only driven through, but be sure to get a huckleberry milkshake.

Anytime I've been up to bear Lake I've stayed at a timeshare and spent most of my time on the water, but there's a couple pretty decent places to get ice cream in town  The lake itself is absolutely beautiful though.
