I just heard. Sorry if this is old news.
here's a link to the news release. I heard that they will be using the old Costco building across the street from Hooters. I've been to the SLC Cabela's and it's pretty impressive. Hopefully this will help reduce the price of things locally. Competition is good.

I'm not liking the location that Cabela's chose. There is a reason why Costco left that building...too small and too much traffic! Now add a Cabela's there and it is going to be a cluster-F&*@! Wish they would have put it outside of town off the freeway like they did in SLC. I am very sceptical of the quality of this new store compared to their others. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

I feel exactly the same way. Im almost expecting it to be a Cabelas Lite "Half the inventory, Half the parking, ALL the traffic) |
