My assisted mini Barrage was opening in sloooow motion and was dull.  I dropped it off on 6/13 while on business in Oregon City and it arrived at my house today 6/16, via UPS.

Everything, but the blade and grips replaced.  Fricken Awesome!

They are always good to me but I drop by in person since they aren't far off the beaten path. If you bend the pocket clip they will replace it for free, they sharpen for free and always seem helpful. Their showroom prices aren't anything special though.
