[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone from the Marion County area?

I need a form from the state courts. Its a motion to show cause from a private citizen [not attorney filed]. They won't send it to me, it has to be picked up. Not all Circuit Courts have this [ours do not] but Marion County does. I just hate to drive clear to Salem for a blasted form.

I think that there are a couple of Salemites on here, but if you can't find anyone I would definitely drive up to Salem from Corvallis to pick you up the form. I'd just need to know specifically: which state building, which form #, etc. I wouldn't be able to drive up there until next Tuesday or Wednesday though. -Dave

Thank you Chakup and Uhhuh I appreciate your help. I'll check the online, it would be boss if it was there. I don't know the name or number. I was told there's a form to file a motion to show cause for a layman.

I'm from near Salem, if all you want me to do is run in the courthouse and pick up a form and mail it to ya, I could probably get it for ya.

Thank you, I just got home so I'm exhausted. I'll look into these forms and if I can't find them online I'd appreciate you picking it up for me.
